Thanks, Mark. Was afraid that may be the case. I suppose I should simply get my blog hosted on my personal website and enjoy the add'l functionality that brings.

Best,
Paul

Hi Paul, unfortunately to install the Wordpress plug-in I do believe you have to have your own installation of Wordpress. This site is actually a Wordpress.com site and I haven't found a way to add the button here. It's possible they may be planning to add that functionality. I'm not currently working with them so I can't say for sure. There's a ton of great information up on http://support.sharethis.com/

Good luck,
-- Mark

Hi:
I have a wordpress.com blog and would like to add the ShareThis widget on each post or at least in the sidebar. However, everything I'm reading indicates that I must host my blog as a wordpress.org on my web site in order to install the plugin. Is there a way to use the ShareThis widget on a wordpress.com blog without having to host on my web site?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Mr.Mark,

I am a beginner and building one website on my own. I included RSS fied for Sports(BBC headlines)& included it into my webpage.
I need to open the details of headlines on my Webpage while click on it.What I need to do? Right now,on clicking the headlines, it is leaving my site and going to BBC. Check my site and help me.
